We are looking for a highly organized and dependable individual who enjoys supporting others and keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities throughout the day 

This role requires someone who communicates well, works collaboratively, and approaches every task with a positive attitude. No task is too small — whether it’s sorting labels, helping customers, organizing project files, or making a supply run, you understand that every detail matters

What you'll do: 

  • Field Team Support 

  • Gather job information and supplies needed for upcoming projects 

  • Print, cut, and organize arc flash labels 

  • Scan, upload, and organize project documentation and files 

  • Ship additional arc flash labels and other materials to customers.  

  • Print and ship reports, one-line drawings, and project documentation to customers 

  • Assist with preparing report books, drawings, and printed project materials 

  • General Office Support  

  • Order office and printer supplies as needed 

  • Assist leadership and office staff with administrative tasks and special projects 

  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive office environment 

  • Support field technicians with scheduling, logistics, and project needs 

  • Populate field technicians’ calendars with project details, addresses, contacts, and project numbers 

  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for field technicians and trainers, including flights, rental cars, and hotels

  • This role is required to be in person in our Frankfort, KY office multiple days a week
