Job description

New Creation Social Services is a small, resident-focused assisted living home that provides care in a calm and supportive setting. With only four residents, our home allows for a more personal and attentive approach to care and daily operations. We believe in creating a respectful environment where both residents and staff feel valued and supported. Our team works closely together, and each role plays an important part in keeping the home running smoothly. We are now looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator who enjoys working independently while supporting a meaningful mission.

In this role, you will help manage the daily administrative needs of the home while supporting compliance and communication. You will keep records organized, assist with scheduling, and ensure that documentation meets required standards. You will also play a key role in maintaining smooth communication between staff, residents, and families. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and able to take initiative without needing constant direction. Your ability to stay organized and proactive will help create a stable and efficient environment.

You will handle tasks such as maintaining accurate resident files, supporting scheduling and coordination, and assisting with reporting and general office duties. You will also be expected to understand and follow 144G regulations and support compliance-related processes. Daily work includes data entry, organizing documents, and making sure information is complete and easy to access. Your work will directly support the quality of care provided in the home.
