Location: New York, NY (Financial District)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (15 hours/week)

About the Role

As our Part-Time Office Manager, you'll be the face of our New York office each morning. You'll ensure the office is clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for employees and visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating an organized workplace and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Open and prepare the office each morning.
  • Keep common areas, conference rooms, and the kitchen clean and organized.
  • Stock and replenish office and kitchen supplies, snacks, and beverages.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Coordinate office vendors, deliveries, and service appointments.
  • Greet guests and assist with office visitors as needed.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up and ready for use.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Help coordinate occasional in-office events, lunches, and team gatherings.
  • Support the People Operations and Leadership teams with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the office experience for employees.
