Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Chesapeake – Cambridge, MD
$43.00–$52.00/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents improve daily function, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, cognition, and functional independence
  • Utilize adaptive techniques, equipment training, and environmental modifications
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate with families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license required
  • SNF experience preferred
