Job Title: Occupational Therapist and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Per Diem)

OT Pay: $80 per visit or $90,000โ€“$110,000 annually (based on caseload)

COTA Pay: $60 per visit

Location: Oโ€™ahu, HI (Must have reliable transportation)
