Job Title: Occupational Therapist and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Per Diem)

OT Pay: $80 per visit or $90,000–$110,000 annually (based on caseload)

COTA Pay: $60 per visit

Location: O’ahu, HI (Must have reliable transportation)

Flexible Schedule: Choose your patients, per diem available

We’re a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu dedicated to home health, fall prevention, and empowering residents in the comfort of their homes.   • Licensed OT or OTA in Hawaii
  • 1+ year of clinical or home health experience
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable with outreach and public presentations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
