At Collective Therapy, we’re a small, therapist-led company built on one mission: bringing the focus back to people-both patients and clinicians. We’re looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our mobile therapy team, providing personalized one-on-one care in patients’ homes across South Charlotte and Matthews.

What kind of clients do we see?

Our typical patient population consist of individuals with neurological deficits and mobility impairments. Most are not homebound however prefer the convenience of a therapist arriving at their residence.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Identify and meet patients goals and needs
  • Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
  • Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
  • Manage your own schedule and varying clientele
  • Document patient care services

What helps?

  • At least 1 year experience working with geriatrics/adults and/or home health setting
  • An active license in NC
  • Residence in Charlotte or close surrounding area
  • An independent and autonomous personality - Someone who can hit the ground running. (We’ll offer full support if you get bogged-down.)
  • Someone who cares, and naturally builds a personal relationship with their clients
  • Has a love for improving our profession
  • A desire to use your creative mind, and to grow as a therapist
