Pay Type: $52 to $55 Hourly (not per visit/per diem)

Location: Driving to patients' homes

Service Coverage Area: Mission Viejo and surrounding area

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Visits patients to assess and evaluate patient’s status.
  • Initiates the plan of care and makes revisions as needed.
  • Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Provides health care instructions to the patient & family.
  • Completes accurate clinical notes in electronic EHR.
  • Works in cooperation with the family/caregiver.
  • Position Qualifications:
  • CA RN License
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • CA Driver License
  • At least 1 year of Nursing Home Health Experience
