About the Role

The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner Float position at Pinnacle Fertility is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to be an integral part of a fertility patient’s journey towards becoming a parent. If you are compassionate, customer-service minded, and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a variety of duties, this role is for you. The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner Float will engage with patients throughout their journey, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent, high-quality care.

We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner Float to join our dedicated and compassionate team at Pinnacle Fertility - Michigan supporting clinic locations in Grand Blanc, and Saginaw, MI. This part-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a leading network of fertility clinics, supporting patients throughout their reproductive care journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
  • Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
  • Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
  • Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
  • Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • Nurse Practitioner with an active state RN license.
    • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
    • Women’s health background preferred.
    • Active BLS required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility:
    • Must be flexible and available to travel between our Grand Blanc, and Saginaw, MI locations.
