Job Title: Mobile Field Clinician – Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Type: Part-Time (Field-Based)
Required Availability: Minimum 40 hours per month 
Compensation: $50 - $60 per visit (~6 to 7 visits per 8-hour shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking independent Registered Nurses to conduct targeted in-home diagnostic visits and biometric screenings. This is a pure clinical screening role to help close care gaps for insurance members—no comprehensive home safety or ADL/iADL assessments required. You will travel locally between patients' homes (averaging 20 minutes of drive time) to perform customized lab collections and portable diagnostic testing.

What You Will Do
  • Manage Field Visits: Complete 6 to 7 scheduled in-home visits per 8-hour shift using an optimized local routing system.

  • Baseline Biometrics: Record blood pressure, weight, and oximetry at every visit, charting in real-time via a mobile health platform.

  • Phlebotomy & Lab Collection: Handle and label targeted specimens based on member care gaps, including:

    • HbA1C & GFR blood collection

    • PSA blood screening

    • FIT Testing (Colorectal)

    • Urine Microalbumin (Kidney health)

  • Portable Diagnostics: Operate specialized mobile equipment to conduct:

    • Bone Density Scanning

    • Automated Diabetic Eye Exams

    • PAD Testing (Peripheral Artery Disease)

Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills and confidence operating portable diagnostic equipment.
