The Opportunity:
Are you energized by solving hard technical problems? Do you get lost, in the best way, in waveforms, network behaviors, and the challenge of uncovering what's hidden in the noise? If decoding complex signals, understanding how systems really communicate, and supporting operational missions at the highest levels excites you, this is the role where your expertise truly matters. As a Technical Signals Analyst, you'll join a high-performing team that tackles some of the most compelling SIGINT and SIGDEV challenges in the mission space. You'll collaborate with analysts who, like you, work directly with RF, binary, packet, and network data and you'll help drive insights that feed real operational outcomes.
This is not theoretical work. It's a deep-dive and end-to-end mission analysis that often gets briefed at the national level. It's hands-on, challenging, and intellectually addictive. You'll perform interactions where trust is built and where your technical expertise becomes indispensable. If you're looking for a role where your analysis has immediate impact and where you can continuously grow alongside highly technical teammates, you've found the right team.
What You'll Work On:
  • Analyze analog and digital signals, identify technical patterns, and help uncover how adversary systems communicate.
  • Evaluate network traffic signatures and support technical trending and discovery.
  • Collaborate daily with RF specialists and signals developers who dissect waveforms, packets, and communication protocols.
  • Contribute to highly operational, end-to-end mission work that allows you to see the real outcome of your analysis.
  • Travel to client sites 1 to 2 times per week, typically split with another teammate, for high-impact, relationship-driven meetings.
  • Apply your technical judgment to identify what matters, surface the right insights, and help shape the next stage of analysis.
  • Work in a flexible, collaborative, and highly communicative environment that values curiosity, teamwork, and autonomy.

Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in SIGINT, SIGDEV, or digital network intelligence, with hands-on signals analysis
  • Experience with network protocol or traffic analysis, and evaluating communication behaviors
  • Knowledge of how computers and systems communicate whether through RF, packets, or structured and unstructured signaling
  • Ability to interpret technical data, identify meaningful patterns, and support mission-driven analytic decisions
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with RF concepts, modulation, demodulation, traffic signatures, or waveform behaviors
  • Experience in Linux or command-line environments
  • Experience in technical or network-centric operations, including NOC, cloud, or infrastructure environments
  • Experience with Visio analysis
  • Experience with MCSAP, SADPP, or other intermediate or advanced signals analysis
  • Possession of excellent scripting skills, including with BASH, Python, or C-Shell

Clearance:
