Job Title: Commissions Admin
Division: Infrastructure
Location: Columbia, SC
Type: Part-Time, In-Office 15-25 hours/week, available Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Hiring Range: $20.00- 24.00/Hour (commensurate with directly applicable experience)

Our Revenue team supports the financial backbone of The Cason Group by ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely processing of commission-related data. As a Commissions Admin, you will support our Commissions Analysts and Revenue leadership by handling data entry, administrative tasks, and process support related to commission tracking and reconciliations.

What Our Commissions Admin Do:

  • Enter, Track & Support Commission Data: Perform accurate data entry in NetSuite, CRM systems, and other internal tools while maintaining a working understanding of commission and override processes to assist with tracking received payments
  • Manage Workflow & Communication: Monitor the department inbox, route inquiries to the appropriate Commissions team members, and support timely resolution of requests
  • Provide Administrative & Team Support: Maintain department training resources, handle confidential information with discretion, and assist with projects and other related administrative tasks as needed to support the Revenue team

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills with clear, professional communication abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency preferred
