Job description

Our organization is seeking a part-time Gastroenterologist to become a member of our employed group practices located at Westside Hospital and Women’s Hospital in the scenic city of Albuquerque, NM.

Position Overview:

  • Part-Time (0.5 FTE)
  • Collaborate with a team of 6 Gastroenterologists, 4 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Physician Assistant, and additional support staff
  • Access to Advanced Practitioner Support
  • Coverage responsibilities at both Westside Hospital and Women’s Hospital (10 miles apart)
  • Westside Hospital features a specialized GI Lab equipped with 2 procedure rooms and 4 recovery bays
  • Women’s Hospital includes a dedicated GI Lab with 2 procedure rooms and 8 recovery bays
  • On-site outpatient clinics are available at both hospital locations
  • Clinical office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Average daily patient load: 20 in the clinic and 16 in the GI Lab
  • ERCP experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Electronic Medical Records system: Epic
