What You’ll Do

  • Safely and reliably transport children to and from school, activities, and exciting field trips.
  • Ensure every child is safely buckled in age-appropriate seating.
  • Perform quick daily pre- and post-trip vehicle checks to keep our vans running smoothly and safely.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment on board.
  • Lead routine safety and emergency evacuation drills with a positive, reassuring demeanor.
What We’re Looking For

  • A valid Driver’s License with a clean 3-year driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass standard background checks.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
  • Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff Certificate (or completion within 90 days of hire).
  • A heart for working with children, a strong sense of responsibility, and a friendly personality!
