Job description

Weekend Mold Crew
SELMA, AL
As a member of the Selma team, the Weekend Mold Crew member will be responsible for the following roles.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
  • Using a high-pressure Ice Blaster to clean foam molds
  • Use a Putty Knife to scrape debris from the foam molds
  • Use Air Wands to clean foam molds
  • Clean, sweep and wipe down machines

Your Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing experience

Required
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Quality Management System Overview
  • Right-to-Know/Hazardous Communication
  • High School Diploma or GED

Verified by Reference Check or Job Performance
  • Able to work in team setting and communicate well
  • Physically able to perform job
  • Follows both oral and written instructions, including customer standards.
  • Reliable attendance
  • Able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Part-Time with minimum of 24 hours per week
  • Follows good safety practices.
