Program Overview:
RD Rubber Technology Corporation offers a 6-12-month paid internship. The internship program exposes interns to work on assignments that will expand their knowledge from their college courses and give students a professional work environment and hands-on experiences. This position is onsite, and the Intern is expected to work 15 to 25 hours per week. The hours are flexible, but are expected to be between 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
Summary:
Introduce the company, its capabilities, and products to new customer prospects, primarily via phone, email, and digital channels. Responsible for generating awareness, driving leads, and requests for quotation by promoting the company using e-mail, digital, and phone communications.
Program Details:
  • Job Title: Inside Sales Intern
  • Eligibility: Open to senior year students in local four-year colleges working on their Bachelor's degree.   
  • Duration: 6 – 12 months
  • Location: Onsite, Santa Fe Springs, CA
  • Compensation: $20 per hour
  • Hours: 15-25 hours per week

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential new customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective new customers.
  • Present company, capability, and product information, via phone, email, or video demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in company systems.
