Job description

Job Title:
(S) Merchandising Representative
Overview:
  • Ensures product is always properly stocked.
  • Arranges product according to company specifications.
  • Removes discontinued and poorly selling products from shelves.
  • Engages with customers to identify trends and drive new business.
  • Settles customer issues and refers issues when necessary.

Typical Functions:
  • Cleans shelves, racks and display cases.
  • Presents business reviews of site and category performance.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in sales pertaining to merchandise displays.
  • Provides guidance to other associates working in merchandise department.
  • Brings locked up merchandise to checkout lanes for purchase.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
