Job description

Seeking board-eligible/board-certified pediatric endocrinologist to join a private boutique practice in Bergen County, New Jersey. The practice has a fully integrated EMR system and offers a full range of pediatric endocrinology services (except diabetes). There is no service and practically no call.

  • Private practice
  • Huge potential for growth - practice is not currently taking new patients due to overwhelming demand. Future locations being opened as well.
  • Customized EMR
  • Phlebotomist on site
  • Work-life balance – we work 9am-6pm and never on the weekends
  • We allocate 60 minutes for new visits and 30 minutes for follow ups and there are no double bookings
  • No call or hospital responsibilities
  • No nights, no weekends
  • No diabetes patients/cases
  • Full support staff with Medical Assistant, Growth Hormone Coordinator, and front office staff
  • Our EMR is very easy to use and has been customized for Pediatric Endocrinology
  • Full or part-time position options! Very flexible with days/hours

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range of $75,000-$300,000 depending on part-time or full-time status, and experience
  • Medical/Dental (100% paid by the practice) – deductible fully covered by practice via HSA contribution
  • 100% IRA Contribution Match
