Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage professional to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals for our Luxury Lifestyle brand. Bartenders and servers are responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, as well as, taking food orders and servicing all guests. The ability to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations is required. The purpose of this position is to interact with the hotel guests and ensure they have a great experience at the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare craft alcoholic cocktails, beer, and wine for the bar and restaurant patrons
  • Prepare and serve specialty non-alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to: lattes, cappuccinos, matcha, and specialty mocktails.
  • Greet customers and answer questions. Handle guest requests and accommodate special dietary needs when possible.
  • Provide excellent service by receiving orders from customers, properly placing them using the POS, and clearing tables as needed.
  • Run food from the kitchen to the customers and ensure all food is presented attractively and meets brand expectations.
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and FOH supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house and food preparation areas.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management and FOH storage.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front of house operations. 
  • Keep the FOH area fully stocked with cleaned and polished glasses, dinnerware, flatware, coffee supplies, paper supplies, etc. Wash and polish dishes every day.
  • Maintain a sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the front areas before and after each meal service.
  • Complete all front of house tasks, including but not limited to: bussing tables, hosting, rolling silverware, setting tables, cleaning and upkeep, any side work, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Food Handlers
  • 1 Year of Serving Experience Required
  • 1 Year of Bartending Experience Required
  • RBS/ Tips Certificate
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old
