The role

As E-Commerce Manager, you will own Vale's DTC storefront and online shopping experience, driving traffic, conversion, and revenue across digital channels.

  • Own Vale's storefront including merchandising, UX, and conversion rate optimization
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events
  • Monitor site analytics and translate data into actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with the Experience and Brand teams on customer journey optimization
  • Manage the e-commerce tech stack and coordinate with Engineering on platform improvements
  • Oversee day-to-day catalog management and content updates
  • Report on DTC performance metrics and present findings to leadership
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 4+ years of DTC e-commerce management experience
  • Deep proficiency with Shopify and experience with CRO methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Product, and Engineering
