What are part-time jobs at Marriott?

Part-time jobs at Marriott are employment opportunities with reduced hours compared to full-time roles, typically ranging from a few hours up to 30 hours per week. These positions can be found across various departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, or guest services. Part-time employees may receive some benefits depending on their location and the number of hours worked, but these usually differ from full-time benefits. These jobs are ideal for individuals seeking flexible schedules or supplemental income while gaining experience in the hospitality industry.

Part-time roles at Marriott hotels often offer flexible scheduling to accommodate employees' availability, which is especially helpful for students or those with other commitments. Shifts can vary depending on the hotel's needs and the specific department, such as front desk, housekeeping, or food service, and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Team members usually work closely with supervisors to set their weekly schedules, and Marriott strives to provide advance notice for shift assignments.
