Job description

Job Description
QuadMed is looking for a Part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team in Lomira, WI. This position will work 2 10-hour shifts: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:40am-5:10pm. OFFERING $2,500 Sign On Bonus!
Full time opportunities are available if you're open to travel between our West Allis and Lomira locations.
At QuadMed, we're creating a better way to practice hygiene. Here, you'll have the time, support, and clinical autonomy to do what you trained for: deliver thoughtful, relationship-driven care. That means:
  • 60-minute appointments so you're never rushed
  • A team production environment focused on shared success-not individual quotas
  • No production tracking or pressure-because quality care comes first
  • If you've ever wanted to practice in an environment where patients-and providers-aren't treated like numbers, this is it.

Why you'll love it here
  • Unrushed care: Build meaningful relationships with patients, not just complete procedures
  • Team-first culture: Collaborative, supportive environment where everyone contributes
  • Quality over volume: No double-booking, no production goals-just great care
  • Consistent schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:40am-5:10pm
  • Growth opportunities: Full-time options available if open to travel between Lomira & West Allis

You'll play a key role in helping patients take control of their oral and overall health-empowering them to thrive both at work and in life.
In this role, you will:
  • Deliver comprehensive, preventive hygiene care for patients of all ages
  • Educate and coach patients toward long-term oral health
  • Partner with dentists and care teams to provide integrated, whole-person care
  • Build trust through unrushed, high-quality interactions

What your day looks like
  • 60-minute hygiene appointments designed for quality and patient education
  • A well-supported clinical environment with strong teamwork
  • Time to focus on patient care-not production metrics or rushed schedules

What we're looking for
  • Licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin (unrestricted)
  • Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Current CPR/BLS (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • A patient-focused clinician who values quality, education, and teamwork

Nice to have (not required):
  • Dentrix experience
  • Bilingual skills
