We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to maintain greeting card rack displays for 3 retail stores within the Columbia and Gambrills MD area. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling estimated to be 4 hours every 2-3 weeks. All part-time associates receive sick time.

In this role your responsibilities will include:
  • Traveling to each store location every other week.
  • Merchandise Avanti greeting card racks.
  • Rotate products from the backroom stock and out to the department.
  • Setting up and taking down seasonal cards using plan-o-grams.
  • Use your mobile technology to perform required job functions during each store visit; photo of the completed display, complete a quick and simple survey following the store visit.
  • Developing strong relationships with retail customers

Requirements: The right candidate will possess the following traits:
  • Merchandising experience (in the gift industry preferred)
  • Must be reliable, and willing to visit the store once every other week.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to read and understand English
  • Access to transportation
  • Use of small manual and powered hand tools
  • Maintain a quick work pace with optimum time management to improve productivity
