How does a part-time manager effectively balance leadership responsibilities with limited work hours?

A part-time manager can successfully balance leadership duties by prioritizing key tasks, delegating responsibilities to team members, and maintaining clear, proactive communication. Regular check-ins and focusing on high-impact activities help ensure team goals are met and operations run smoothly, even when the manager is not always present.
