What You’ll Do:
Roosters Part Time Managers will be crossed trained to Serve, Bartend, and Manage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Ensures all restaurant operations are to company standards, including handling guest complaints.
  • Directs staff to ensure company standards, procedures, and policies for quality and service of operations are met.
  • Constantly encourages teamwork and professionalism amongst employees.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities to include, but not limited to cash accountability and cash management.
  • Provide effective communication and support for all employees ensuring corporate policies, operation policies, and internal financial controls are maintained and effectively implemented.
