IST Management is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Office Services Associates in the Pittsburgh area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to build a career in facilities and office services while delivering exceptional support to our clients.

  • This is an assignment-based, part-time, on-call direct hire position with IST Management Services. The role involves providing office services support for approximately 8-40 hours per week at a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.
  • Assignments are a minimum of one full day (8-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid lunch) and may extend to several weeks, depending on business needs. Work schedules may fall between Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Acceptance of every assignment is not required, providing flexibility based on your availability. Assignments will be located throughout the Pittsburgh area. This position includes cross-training opportunities with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Hourly Compensation:  $16.00 - $16.00 USD per hour, bonus incentives available

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday  7:00am - 6:00pm  (Schedule will vary based on an "as needed" basis)

Location: This amazing opportunity will support various locations throughout Pittsburgh.  Locations include - Downtown, Robinson/Moon, Fox Chapel, and Wexford

ResponsibilitiesThe Part-Time Office Services Associate is responsible for providing office support and hospitality services, including mail and shipping operations, document production, front desk reception, and conference room management. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Provide office services support to assigned locations in the Pittsburgh area
  • Operating mail, copy, binding and scanning equipment
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Reception coverages as needed - smiling and greeting clients & visitors, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
  • Setup conference rooms for meetings and maintain office common areas
  • Adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from site supervisor/manager
QualificationsThe qualifications of the Part-Time Office Services Associates must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career.  Additional qualifications include:
  • A valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Professional appearance ad demeanor
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs with aid
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
