What You'll Do
Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a secure clinical environment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assess and monitor patient conditions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and correctional staff
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Respond to urgent healthcare needs while promoting continuity of care
Qualifications
Current North Carolina LPN license
Current CPR certification
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Correctional, medical-surgical, emergency, or long-term care experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
