Job description

The LPN or Medical Assistant in the Putnam Medical Group OBGYN office is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing-processed based care/services to patients.
**Days, Monday-Friday, No weekends and $750.00 Sign on retention bonus**
Requirements: LPN graduation from an accredited school of nursing and prior clinical nursing experience required. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Practical Nursing license by date of employment required. Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
Medical Assistant graduation from a Medical Assistant program and/or equivalent work experience as a Medical Assistant required. Certified Medical Assistant CMA certification preferred and required within 6 months of employment.
