About the Role
Humbug Holiday Lighting is growing rapidlyand were looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help us scale.
This is a part-time (to start), 1099 role with a clear path to full-time W2 employment for top performers.
If youre a self-starter who knows how to close and generate opportunities, this is a chance to build a high-income sales role with uncapped upside.
Compensation
  • First 90 Days: $10/hour + 10% commission
  • After 90 Days:
    • 15% commission
    • Up to 18% with performance accelerators
  • Average Ticket:
    • Residential: ~$3,300
    • Commercial: ~$5,500
  • Mileage Reimbursement: IRS rate

What Youll Do
  • Run 35 warm inbound leads per week
  • Conduct in-person consultations and lighting design sessions
  • Close residential and commercial deals
  • Generate your own pipeline through:
