Job description

We are advertising for a part-time (approx. 5 hours per day, or three 8-hour days) Intake Specialist position. This position has immediate availability and requires the person to be physically present at our law office (no remote or "work from home" options currently).

Capitan Law handles disability insurance claims for individuals unable to work due to physical or mental medical impairments. We are a small law firm currently seeking a personable individual with a professional phone presentation to begin working out of our Glenn Mills, PA office (Chester County). The primary focus of this job will entail professional call-handling with potential new clients, following up with those individuals by phone/email/text, and some other additional administrative tasks as needed.

Experience handling phone calls in a professional setting is desired.
