Overview:
The primary responsibility of a legal intake specialist is to set up and manage the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients who are a good fit for our law firm. Some critical legal intake specialist job duties are:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases.
  • Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit.
  • Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm.
  • Signing up new clients, gaining a client's business
  • Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates
  • Enter client's information for incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Bilingual: Spanish
  • Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise.
  • Must be empathetic - Building trust through demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer's situation.

Highly Competitive Pay with Incentives
Compensation Range:
$55,000-$60,000 USD
Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
