The Part Time Leasing Consultant plays a key role in supporting the management of residential apartment properties by providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, and facilitating the leasing process. This position operates within a team of 4-6 members, utilizing property management software and CRM tools to efficiently manage tenant relations and documentation. The consultant will focus on marketing properties and coordinating lease renewals, with opportunities for advancement to a senior leasing consultant role.
