This is a continuous recruitment pool not specifically advertised. 
The pool is continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates. 
We invite applications to be submitted for potential openings. 
The Customized Training Program at FTCC is growing and needs more instructors. We are now accepting applications for possible part-time instructor openings in the following fields. Please specify on your application what you would like to teach from the list below:

Duties
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Theory and hands-on instruction (utilizing technology as appropriate and using variety of teaching methods), supervision of students, classroom management, clinical or lab supervision, and administrative tasks that may include: student registration, attendance, class evaluations, reports, syllabus and lesson plan development. Development of student materials and tests may also be required. Must be willing to travel throughout Cumberland County and teach at business/industry locations, and in their environments. 
WORK SCHEDULE: These positions support business and industry training projects through the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) Customized Training Program. The training schedules will vary based on the production and shift requirements of the business or industry customer being served. The training schedules may include early morning, afternoon, lunchtime, evening, and/or weekend hours.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma and seven (7) years current, documented experience in the program field, or an Associate degree and five (5) years current, documented experience in the program field. Additional qualifications and/or industry-recognized certifications may be applicable based on program or regulatory requirements. Excellent computer, communication, and customer service skills are required. Experience in teaching adult learners is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience at the community college or four-year college. On-line teaching experience.
