To thrive as a Part-Time LCSW Assessment Clinician, you need a master's degree in social work, current LCSW licensure, and experience in conducting psychosocial assessments. Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and cultural sensitivity help build rapport with clients and support accurate evaluations. These skills and qualifications ensure thorough, ethical assessments that lead to effective care planning and positive client outcomes.
