Job description

Position Overview

ODORZX Inc. is seeking a Corporate Law Clerk to support the Corporate Counsel with in-house legal matters across a growing, multi-state organization. This role is ideal for candidates pursuing or recently completing legal, business, or advanced professional degrees who are interested in corporate law, compliance, and executive-level legal strategy.

This is a substantive role, not clerical. The selected candidate will be exposed to real-world corporate legal work, cross-functional collaboration, and executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct legal research related to corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters
    • Assist with contract drafting, review, and revisions
    • Support regulatory compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
    • Assist with business licensing, filings, and corporate structuring
    • Support negotiations and transactional strategy under attorney supervision
    • Prepare summaries, memoranda, and briefing materials for leadership and counsel
    • Assist Corporate Counsel with C-Suite advisory matters and ad-hoc legal projects

Qualifications & Background

We welcome candidates with academic or professional backgrounds including, but not limited to:

    • Business, Accounting, or Pre-Law degrees
    • Current JD or LLM students
    • Recent JD or LLM graduates
    • Current or recent MBA students or graduates

Prior law office or in-house legal experience is strongly preferred, but not required for highly qualified candidates.
