The Law Office Assistant will provide essential administrative support within a small legal team, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient client service. This part-time role, scheduled from 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday, focuses on managing legal documents, coordinating communications, and maintaining organized case files without any travel requirements. The assistant will primarily use Caret, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Outlook Mail to support daily tasks.
