Description
Five Little Monkeys - your local Bounce House, Water Slide & Party Rental pros - is a Livonia-based party rental company on a mission to bring big smiles and even bigger fun to backyards, schools, and events all over Metro Detroit! We're looking for energetic, dependable, and hard-working team members to help deliver and clean up the fun! If you don't mind a little lifting, love being outdoors, and want a job that will keep you busy, we are the right fit for you.
This is a seasonal, part-time position running from April through late September/October - perfect for students or anyone looking for active, flexible work. We're hiring for the following positions, Delivery Drivers (18+ with a valid driver's license) and Crew Members (16+). No experience? No problem! We provide all training on the job.
Requirements
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Load up the truck with all the party essentials - bounce houses, water slides, tents, and more - and deliver the fun to families and events across our delivery area.
- Team up with a crew of 2-3 awesome teammates to safely set up and take down equipment like pros (don't worry - we'll train you on everything you need to know!).
- Help keep our inflatables fresh and party-ready by cleaning, drying, and prepping equipment for the next big celebration.
- Work hard, move fast, and think smart to make sure every delivery is on time and every party starts with smiles.
At the end of the day, you're not just moving equipment - you're setting the stage for birthdays, school events, and memory-making moments.
Skills and Qualifications
• Must be 16 years or older with reliable transportation to and from work. (Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.)
• A friendly, professional attitude and respect for both customers and teammates - we're big on teamwork and good vibes only!
• Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet when challenges pop up (because party days can get busy!).
• Ready to stay active! You should be comfortable lifting equipment, working at a quick pace, and being outdoors in all kinds of Michigan weather.
Pay starts at $15-$20 per hour based on experience, plus opportunities for performance bonuses - because hard work deserves high-fives (and extra cash ).
