Job description

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Vineyard Laborers to join our team for the upcoming growing season. This position is essential to the success of our vineyard operations, requiring individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and performing a variety of vineyard tasks. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Employment Type: Seasonal/Part-Time

Compensation: Starting at $19 per hour, rate increase to $21 per hour after 60 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planting, pruning, and training grapevines
  • Perform canopy management tasks such as leaf thinning, shoot positioning, and fruit thinning
  • Harvest grapes efficiently and carefully to ensure fruit quality
  • Install and maintain vineyard trellising, irrigation systems, and other infrastructure
  • Operate hand tools and basic agricultural equipment safely
  • Assist in pest and weed control using organic and conventional methods
  • Work in various weather conditions and complete physically demanding tasks

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions
