Position Overview
The Part-Time, On-Call Site Kitchen Assistant is responsible for supporting the on-site lead in managing day-to-day food service operations within corporate offices for 20-30 hours a week. Primary duties include meal preparation, food presentation, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This flexible role requires providing support across various client sites as required.

ResponsibilitiesDaily Meal Service & Guest Experience (45%)
Support day-to-day food service operations within corporate environments, ensuring rigorous standards for culinary quality, thoughtful plating, and meticulous station organization and breakdown
- Uphold Green Top Farms standards by ensuring every plate meets rigorous requirements for culinary quality, thoughtful portioning, and meticulous visual appeal
- Maintain a warm, professional, and hospitality-first presence while interacting with guests to deliver a reliable and top-tier dining experience
- Demonstrate composure and resourcefulness by remaining attentive to the pace of service, assisting with real-time operational adjustments and station needs
