StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior in Patuxent River MD. In this role, you will support senior analysts and leadership in the management and execution of government programs and projects. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements.
Essential Job Duties:
  • Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
  • Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives.
  • Analyze and track requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to ensure program efficiency.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon systems, project acquisitions and product programs.
  • Maintain and track program/project status and schedules.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Experience Requirements:
  • Less than 3 years of professional experience performing duties described in the functional description. ​
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • High-level communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Allowable Substitution:
    • Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
      • Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Eligible part-time employees are able to participate in the 401(k) retirement plans and may be eligible for state or contract required paid time off programs.
