  • Troubleshoot printer and network connection issues
  • Assist with new employee workstation and technology setup
  • Maintain an organized inventory of computers, equipment, and other IT assets
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and recurring problems
  • Open and manage support tickets with technology vendors when issues cannot be resolved internally
  • Follow up with vendors and employees until technical issues are resolved
  • Assist with software updates and other routine technology maintenance
  • Support basic cybersecurity practices and immediately escalate potential security concerns
  • Assist the COO with ITrelated projects and system implementations as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Credit Union, employee, and member information
  • Perform other technologyrelated duties and projects as assigned
  • Qualifications
  • Previous IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar technical experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows computers, Microsoft 365, printers, networks, and common office technology
  • Ability to learn and support multiple software platforms
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to nontechnical employees
  • Strong organization and followthrough
  • Ability to work independently and know when an issue should be escalated
  • Professional and dependable with strong attention to confidentiality and security
  • Experience in banking, credit unions, or another regulated environment is a plus, but not required
  • Schedule

Part-time schedule during regular Credit Union business hours. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview process.

The IT Support Specialist will handle everyday technology needs and troubleshooting while working under the direction of the COO on matters requiring higher-level system administration, access, security, or organizational IT decisions.

ABD Federal Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
