Motor Werks of Barrington, a member of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a friendly and energetic part-timeย Barista to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant dealership environment where you can connect with customers and enhance their experience.
We are looking for an individual to work some weekdays and all Saturdays from 7:30am-4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas, according to standardized recipes.
Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming environment.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and create a positive experience.
Educate customers about our beverage menu and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafรฉ area, including counters, seating, and equipment.
Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels throughout the shift.
Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the dealership.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
