JOB SUMMARY:

Supports the safety and security of Team Members, Guests and assets at Universal Kids Resort (UKR) through access control maintenance and identification credentials. Provides daily administration support within Security by processing all UKR credentials, access control, key control and visitor parking assignments while ensuring Guest Service standards for internal and external clients are met. Responsible for providing daily support to Human Resources partners regarding the activation and deactivation of all UKR credentials.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors and processes all Universal Kids Resort ID credentials - which include Team Member badges, third party vendors, contractors, project management, construction, visitor badges, replacement IDs, key control, and parking tags.
  • Manages the UKR visitor management program providing and controlling access for all vehicles and pedestrians through the operation and administration of a central clearinghouse to receive and process all daily or special event requests. Assists with monitoring visitor flow of all back-of-house visitor parking spaces and ensuring all vehicles have the appropriate clearance.
  • Performs all data entry and maintains Security Access Control files including the authorization and approval of badge access, granting and removing access, and taking photos for various requirements. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all documentation and paperwork.
  • Processes all UKR IDs and name tags upon hire and partners with Human Resources for distribution. Processes replacement IDs or name tags for Team Members as needed.
  • Provides administrative support to the Security department as necessary. Follows up on action items for new and routine projects, answers telephone calls and provides information or direction to the appropriate person/department.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
