With a creative and strategic approach, the team partners closely with property owners to showcase each space at its best and support their real estate goals.

Role Description This is a contract, remote Real Estate Agent role focused on representing clients in the sale and rental of residential properties. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full transaction process, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual or in-person consultations, and advising clients on pricing, staging, and market positioning. Daily responsibilities include listing properties, coordinating showings, preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth closing experience. The agent will collaborate with the home staging and design team to present properties effectively, maintain accurate records, and uphold high standards of customer service and ethical practice. This role requires consistent communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings, as well as staying informed about local market trends and real estate regulations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
