PLEASE NOTE
This is an independent contractor position and not a traditional salaried employment role. Individuals accepted into this role operate independently and are responsible for managing their own activities and results.

Compensation is performance-based and dependent upon individual effort, activity, skill development, and business results.
THE ROLE
As a Business Development Consultant, you will utilize established systems, training resources, mentorship, and digital tools to support business development activities, professional relationship-building, and leadership development within a remote environment.

COMPENSATION
This is a performance-based Independent Contractor position. Compensation is based on individual effort, activity, experience, skill development, and business results. Earnings and results vary among individuals.
