Job description

Join our team as an part time Insurance Customer Service representative, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between customers and our insurance carriers, providing expert guidance and resolving inquiries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise within a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, delivering clear and helpful information about insurance products and services
  • Assist clients in understanding policy options, coverage details, and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Negotiate policy terms with clients to align their needs with available coverage options while maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Tasks including documentation, data entry, and updating client records accurately

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in home and auto insurance customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to convey information clearly and confidently
