Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

  • Facilitate skill-building workshops focusing on coping mechanisms, anger management, and injury-risk reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Child Family Treatment Team and other inter-disciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and complete mandatory weekly paperwork to contribute to team coordination and ongoing professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with a diverse clientele of adults presenting various mental health challenges. Our patients often require tailored interventions to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues, making your therapeutic skills vital to their wellbeing and success.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related fields such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.
  • Completion of clinical mental health training and having obtained licenses to practice are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective treatment plans, set realistic goals, and draft progress notes.
  • Familiarity with the DSM-5 for diagnostic purposes is crucial.
  • A commitment to providing positive behavior support and skilled interventions.
  • Effective communication skills and empathy to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
