Job description

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. Working primarily as part of a small team and independently, this role demands strong technical skills, safety compliance, and excellent customer service to ensure optimal system performance. Opportunities for growth include cross-training in related trades to advance skillsets.

Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment promptly
  • Conduct system testing and equipment calibration
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
  • Maintain detailed records of service and repairs

Required Qualifications
