Job description

N&S Supply, a HVAC, Plumbing, Heating, Kitchen & Bath distributor that spans the Hudson Valley and the Capital Region, is hiring a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist based in our Fishkill location.
We are over 150 employees in 10 locations and are looking for the right person to provide day to day support across HR functions, such as employee onboarding, HR administration, benefits support, recruiting assistance, and documentation. This person will ensure employees have a positive HR experience while helping to maintain accurate records and compliant HR practices.
Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing with internal Shared Services
  • Maintaining HRIS/HR Records
  • Processing HR documentation
  • Support recruitment efforts with job postings, resume screening, and background screenings
  • Complete timely fulfillment of leave request supporting documentation
  • Process regular reporting and audit tasks for payroll, benefits, and other HR functions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with HRIS programs- preferably ADP Vantage
  • HR experience in a generalist role (or equivalent)
