The Human Resources Coordinator will support a variety of HR function including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and regulatory compliance. This position plays an important role in helping maintain a positive and productive workplace culture while supporting company leadership and employees.


Here's what you'll do:
Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals
Manage recruitment activities including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
Administer employee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Promote employee engagement and support a culture of continuous improvement
Address employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records
Support leadership with organizational development and succession planning initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient and effective operation of the organization
